As Ontario continues its re-opening process, please note the following updates in our offices, based on guidelines from the Government of Ontario. We want to assure you that the well-being of our valued customers and employees remains the deepest concern to us.

We are OPEN for business and clients can visit our offices. We have safe distancing measures in place to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and clients. Our office locations are listed here.

We are prepared to do everything we can to ensure your insurance needs continue to be served. There are a variety of ways to ensure that your insurance needs are met safely. Please utilize these methods to contact us.

  1. Practicing physical distancing is highly recommended.
  2. If you need a quote, please call us at 1-800-653-1924.
  3. Your insurance questions, changes and claims can also be handled on the phone.
  4. Use our live chat system at the bottom of each page of our website. After business hours, the chat system will send us a message and we will contact you when we are next open.
  5. Send us an email to info@newmaninsurance.ca. Your insurance transactions can be completed via email, including secure electronic signatures.
  6. Please pay your premiums remotely.
  7. You can pay your premiums to Newman Insurance via online banking through your banking institution, and we happily accept e-transfers.
  8. If your premium is to be paid directly to an insurance company, you can do so by clicking on the appropriate insurer on our payment page.
  9. You can also reach out to us on Facebook.

We are hopeful that we will be able to move ahead with the remaining scheduled provincial reopening plan. We are committed to keeping our lines of communication open. We are here to help.
