I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about the great customer service I received yesterday. I had been advised by a leasing company that if I could provide proof of insurance, the company that I work for would not have to pay their equipment insurance premium. I called Marisa at your Stirling location. I expected that if we were fully covered, I would be able to pick up a proof of insurance from your office and send it to the leasing company, but instead Marisa got the name and phone number of the company, verified all of the details and sent a faxed copy to both myself and the leasing company. Everything was complete with just one phone call!

...we couldn't have asked for better service when it came to insuring our new house. We had to go through hoops at every turn except with the insurance and that was quite refreshing.
